Our Story

Thangwani Meat Limited was established in 2023 as an independent company with a clear purpose: to provide high-quality, flavorsome halal meat from Pakistan to international markets. The company operates a modern meat processing facility located near Port Qasim, Karachi. The plant covers a large area and is built to support efficient production, strict hygiene, and certified halal slaughtering practices at every stage. The goal is to ensure that customers receive tender, safe, and reliable meat, whether chilled or frozen.

Since its inception, Thangwani has focused on building trust through quality and has been working to expand its presence in global markets. The facility operates with a strong emphasis on international standards, approvals, and certifications required for export.

The plant is designed to handle cattle, buffalo, sheep, and goat, supported by a holding capacity suitable for maintaining animal welfare and smooth operations. Daily production includes beef and mutton, processed through systems that follow recognized halal and food safety requirements.

Quality begins at the source. Thangwani procures healthy livestock from trusted local farmers and works with qualified veterinarians who oversee vaccination schedules and health checks. Postmortem inspection, microbiological testing, and continuous quality monitoring are part of the workflow. The company follows humane handling practices that reduce stress and help ensure better meat quality.

A dedicated animal holding area is maintained to support welfare standards and allow for proper rest before processing. Traceability procedures and tagging help ensure that only livestock meeting company standards move forward in the process.

Throughout production, temperature-controlled environments are maintained to preserve freshness. The plant also incorporates high-voltage electrical stimulation to enhance tenderness. A wastewater treatment system supports responsible operations, and sanitation is managed through structured food-safety programs, including HACCP and halal certifications. Vacuum packaging is used to extend shelf life while keeping the product fresh for longer storage and transport.
